Skanem AS, one of the largest label manufacturing companies in Europe has acquired 51% equity in Interlabels and the company is now a joint venture between Skanem and the Indian promoters of Interlabels. This joint venture will operate under Interlabels’ existing management.
Skanem has chosen to invest in Interlabels to participate in the growing Indian and East African markets where Interlabels has a formidable presence.
